How Much Does Shipping Cost?

At Gold River Jewellers we provide FREE shipping on all items within Australia.

Verification and How to Track Your Order

You will receive an email once your order has been placed, we will then give you a quick call to verify the order details, you with will receive another email once the order has been dispatched.  The dispatch email will have provide you with a tracking number for your product.

What Are My Shipping Options

For insurance purposes Gold River Jewellers only send items via Australia Post Express Bags with Sign on Delivery.

Why does Gold River Jewellers call me before my item is dispatched?

For security purposes and verification requirements we will call you regarding your order before it is dispatched.

Does Gold River Jewellers Post Outside Of Australia?

No, currently items can only be sent within Australia.

How Long Does Shipping and Postage Take?

Typically once an item is sent it is estimated take up to 5 working days to arrive, however this does not include public holidays and weekends. If you are concerned about your delivery please contact Gold River Jewellers immediately.

Although we endeavour to have your item delivered to you as promptly as possible if an item has not arrived by the estimated delivery time Gold River Jewellers are in no way liable for any losses.

What if I am not home?

If you are not at the address for the time of delivery a notice will be left at your address specifying details for alternate pick-up arrangements. A person is required to sign for the delivery, so if nobody is at the specified address the item will not be left at the address.

Ensure you allocate an acceptable address for delivery to ensure your item can be signed for collection upon delivery.

Can I Change My Address?

Once an order has been processed you cannot change your address.

If you need to update your address for future orders please do so in your account  here. Updating your address is only applicable to future orders and not pre-existing.

What if I’ve Accidentally Placed The Wrong Address?

You are not able to change your address once you order has been processed. In the case where you urgently require to change your address on an order placed you MUST notify Gold River Jewellers immediately on 07 3482 2183 or email sales@goldriver.com.au . You must understand that it is your responsibility to provide the correct address initially and that a change of address may not be able to be facilitated if the shipment has already been initiated.
